Fresh and fruity green juice blends to kickstart your 2018 health goals (if you haven't done so already).
In a week filled with national (junk) food holidays—we celebrated National Peanut Butter Day on January 24 and we’re very much looking forward to National Chocolate Cake Day on January 27—maybe it’s time to balance out all the sweetness with something a little more fresh? And it doesn’t get much healthier than pressed juice, so really, National Green Juice Day (January 26) could not have come at a better time.
Australian health and wellness guru Joe Cross rebooted his life through the power of juice—and this immune-boosting blend (cucumber, apples, kale, lemon and ginger) is one of his faves.
Fresh pineapple lends a touch of sweetness to this otherwise leafy green mix from Hurom.
If drinking lettuce isn’t really your thing, this is the juice you’ll want to try (no kale or spinach required!).
This Hulk-like blend from Chef Merina Koly will do wonders after a night out, but it’s just as enjoyable on a sober morning.
Okay…we can only be healthy for so long. If you still want to celebrate the national holiday, but don’t feel like going full-on health-nut, try this green juice cocktail from Botanist restaurant‘s Grant Sceney.
