Also available is a Milo French toast which is made with HK egg-dipped milk bread and topped with salted coconut syrup, kuih kodok (banana fritter) and malted chocolate powder. Shrimp and grits are also on offer and are made with salted egg polenta, coconut milk country fried prawns and topped with chili tomato gravy and a poached egg. Their Hawker benny comes with a choice of coconut creamed kale, smoked salmon lab or bacon rendang. All benedicts are served on roti canai and come with turnip cake and potato hash. They will also be offering Bò Né “steak & eggs” which are served on a sizzling cast iron and made with a 6oz striploin, braised meatball, paté, two eggs and country bread. Boat noodles are also available for brunch and are made with a dark and spicy aromatic beef and pork broth, braised beef rib, beef ball, chopped beef, rice noodle, herbs and pork crackling. Mama Cheung's laksa which is a very popular OG Potluck item will be available. It comes with mixed noodles, coconut lemongrass broth with prawns, fishcake, tofu puff, hardboiled egg and beansprouts.
