Forage is offering a couple of different options for your individualized Christmas dinner needs. The Forage Holiday Dinner is available both for dine-in and take-out. Their meal set includes a JD Farms specialty turkey with chanterelle mushroom and turkey chorizo stuffing, gluten-free gravy, Spicebox whiskey cranberry sauce and garlic butter butter pomme puree, a smoked boneless pork rack, maple & apple slaw, fall vegetables and honey garlic brussels sprouts, baby kale and arugula salad and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Looking for something meat free? Forage boasts a vegan nut roast with a miso gravy as a vegan substitute.
If you've looking for a meal that will feed a crowd, Forage still has you covered. Their Take-Out Whole Turkey and Trimmings, is just what it sounds like: a whole roasted 8kg turkey with the chanterelle and chorizo stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce and pomme puree.

Le Tigre is offering a flavour-packed multi-course feast that departs from the traditional turkey dinner. You can choose from a small or large set. For the small set you get the choice of one salad, two appetizers, one main and one dessert. For the large set, you get everything. This means you'll receive their famous pork belly ssam and Korean fried chicken. Plus, japchae spring rolls, soy braised potato, chicken wings, calamari, tofu salad and crispy kickass rice salad and dessert: injeolmi tiramisu and kabocha squash pie. All you have to do is heat and serve.

The Blue Hat Bakery-Café at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts is making Christmas easy, and exceptionally delicious this year. Their Holiday Dinner To-Go gives you the choice between oven roasted turkey breast with classic gravy or star anise and red wine-braised short rib with a side of orange cranberry sauce. All combos come with a warm kale & radicchio salad, garlic-infused whipped potatoes, lemon-thyme glazed winter vegetables and holiday stuffing. For dessert? A decadent chocolate layer cake with Or Noir ganache and sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch caramel and crème Chantilly.

The award-winning team at Boulevard always keep us intrigued with indulgent creations and perfected holiday classics. Their Christmas Dinner To-Go begins with their famous corn bread served alongside spiced butternut squash soup. For the main course: brined, sage roasted turkey breast and slow roasted turkey legs, madeira scented giblet gravy, traditional cranberry sauce, brioche, apples, chestnut and thyme stuffing, whipped Yukon gold potatoes, roasted brussels sprouts and honey glazed carrots. Make sure you save room for dessert because your meal is completed with Bûche de Noël, served in two flavours: rum chocolate and apple caramel (gluten-free). Yes, you get both.
Looking to leave the house on Christmas Day? Boulevard's dine-in option is a decadent four-course meal. You'll be able to choose from items like their classic BLVD chowder or celery and chestnut velouté to start. There are four items to choose from for the second course including black truffle foie gras terrine and seared Hokkaido scallops. Brant Lake wagyu shin bourguignon, slow roasted turkey with all the fixings and more are offered for the main. Dessert is a choice between three, but my vote is the caramel Bûche de Noël.

Provence Marinaside is back with their ever-popular and delicious Turkey-To-Go. Let them handle your holiday meal with a French twist. The full meal includes carved turkey meat, roasted vegetables, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, gravy, a French baguette and French clafoutis for dessert. Oui, we love the sound of that!

It's time to eat, drink and be merry. This year let the team at Notch8 cater the food portion of your eve so you can get right to the merriment. Their dine-in option is sold out so get ready for a comfy feast at home. Their meal contains a full free-range Fraser Valley turkey, preserved fruit bread stuffing, honey thyme roasted root vegetables, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, cranberry relish, pan gravy, artisan rolls and creamery butter and a cranberry candied orange cheesecake tart. Hot tip for larger (or hungrier!) crowds – you can also add on a 2.5kg prime rib roast with Yorkshire puddings, jus and horseradish for an additional fee.

You can skip the cooking when you order one of Truffles Fine Foods’ Heat at Home Packages this holiday season. Their Holiday Carved Turkey Meal comes with traditional roasted carved turkey, gravy, cranberry sauce, sourdough stuffing with sage & onion, creamy roasted garlic mashed potatoes, roasted winter vegetables with fresh herbs, shredded brussels sprout slaw and chocolate bourbon cake.
If you've plant-based, their Vegan Housemade Holiday Roast Meal will be right up your alley. It contains their housemade holiday roast, fresh sage and cranberry Dijon glaze, miso gravy, olive oil mashed Yukon gold potatoes, roasted winter vegetables with fresh herbs, shredded brussels sprouts slaw and vegan chocolate brownies with candy cane crunch.

Potluck Hawker Eatery is spicing up the holiday season with their Holiday Crab Feasts. Three different feasts will be available over three weekends. All meals feature a whole Dungeness crab with either rice or noodles and four sides including roti canai with curry dipping sauce, fish sauce caramel chicken wings, green papaya and beet salad, egg fried rice with uni paste and tobiko. Dessert is an Ovaltine-Milo icebox cake by The Dessert Club.
December 3rd & 4th: Chili Crab Feast (spicy tomato shellfish sauce with chewy rice cakes)
December 10th & 11th: Salted Egg Yolk Crab Feast (deep fried with crispy puffed rice, stir fried with egg yolk butter curry leaf)

Savoury City's Turkey-To-Go spread screams sophistication. Their meal includes an herb & lemon brined turkey (white and dark meat), classic herb stuffing, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, green bean almondine, roasted local carrots, filled gougeres, traditional turkey gravy and housemade cranberry chutney. Dessert is a selection of assorted holiday confections, sweets, shortbreads, tarts and truffles.

Longtail Kitchen's holiday exclusive is a slow-roasted Farmcrest chicken marinated in coconut cream, fish sauce and palm sugar. You can take home (or pre-order for dine-in) a whole chicken with nam jim jaew dipping sauce or make it meal set of a half chicken with rice, house pickle carrots and daikon, fresh cucumber and lettuce.

The Lazy Gourmet's Holiday Menu is fit for two or small groups. Their meal includes a kale & romaine Caesar salad, housemade pumpkin knot buns, sliced roasted turkey breast and confit turkey leg, classic herb stuffing with roasted garlic, dry Riesling gravy, cranberry sauce with pear, butter mashed red potatoes, sauteed broccolini with garlic, and pecan pie. If you've vegetarian, they offer a special vegetarian cassoulet – you'll still receive all the fixings and dessert.

Tractor Foods presents Tractor At Home For The Holidays: A gourmet, customizable, heat-and-eat holiday dinner. Their traditional holiday bundle showcases local Rossdown Farms garlic lemon butter turkey breast, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, maple glazed brussels sprouts, roasted butternut & apple stuffing, sweet potato biscuits, citrus ginger cranberry sauce and turkey gravy. The vegetarian bundle includes a lentil walnut loaf, maple glazed brussels sprouts, beet pecan salad, rosemary lemon sheet pan vegetables and pomegranate-glazed carrots. Both include a classic apple crisp for dessert.
Still hungry? You can easily add additional sides and tasty treats to make sure the whole table leaves well fed.

Freebird at Home By Maenam is spicing up the season with their Festive Feast. This meal includes a whole Asian-style salt-cured roast chicken, crispy sticky rice made with chicken drippings and other seasonal fixins, fried brussels sprouts salad and hazelnut Mor Kaeng custard for dessert.

Juke Fried Chicken is back with their famous (and crowd-favourite) Turducken Meal Kit. The turducken feast is gluten-free and includes the turducken (that's a roasted turkey, duck and chicken), leek & sausage stuffing, scalloped potatoes, brussels sprouts with bacon jam, roasted squash and carrots, jalapeno cornbread with honey thyme whipped schmaltz (!!), cranberry sauce and turkey gravy.

H Tasting Lounge at the Westin Bayshore is going all out with their Christmas Dinner menu. It is a four-course meal that begins with a sourdough boule with an olive oil candle and their winter beets appetizer that features candy cane and gingerbread crumble. Entrees are a choice of turkey two ways with confit leg croquette, Dungeness crab crusted kuterra salmon with fingerling potatoes or the (vegetarian friendly) wild mushroom and truffle risotto with carnaroli rice. Dessert is a chocolate yule log with black cherry and orange sauce.
H Tasting Lounge is also offering a Festive Turkey Takeout. This meal includes a 5kg slow-roasted Rossdown Farms free-range turkey, Bayshore honey-glazed root vegetables, roasted garlic and parmesan brussels sprouts, buttermilk and chive mashed potatoes, cranberry and peach stuffing, sage pan gravy, spiced cranberry relish, winter greens salad and a chocolate yule log for dessert.

El Santo is back with their Holiday Takeaway Dinners this year. There are two options that pull inspiration from traditional Mexican cuisine and holiday classics alike. Option 1 is a whole roasted chicken, brined with cinnamon, anise, avocado leaf and biquino chiles. Option 2 is vegetarian and is a chile relleno with layers of herb-infused rice, roasted poblano peppers, panela cheese, a cilantro pesto and salsa ranchera.
Both meals are served with a kale salad topped with Manchego cheese and charred lemon vinaigrette, cornbread with jalapeno jelly, brussels sprouts with a Mayan-inspired chile and pumpkin seed dip and charred jalapeno vinaigrette and roasted winter vegetables. A whole pint of Rocky Point Ice Cream's caramel gelato is for dessert.

Fanny Bay Oysters & Shellfish Market is here to help you crack into the spirit of the festive season with their Sunday Surf-And-Turf Dinners, available every Sunday until 2022. The prix-fixe features an appetizer of six oysters, either a ½ Dungeness crab or Canadian lobster (depending on the day's catch), four prawns, four scallops and a 10-oz New York AAA striploin with mushrooms, green beans, roasted potatoes and vegetables. For dessert a creme brulee or chocolate tart.
Their surf and turf dinners are dine in only, but if you have your heart set on seafood takeout you’re in luck: their retail market is now taking pre-orders for Christmas Eve. Their menu includes a prawn cocktail platter, a seafood boil feast kit (with Dungeness crab, Manila clams, mussels, chorizo, potatoes and mroe), caviar, oysters and other seafood delicacies. You can even add wine or bubbles to your order.

The Teahouse is offering a Christmas Eve dinner with a choice of appetizers, including seafood saffron chowder, stuffed Teahouse mushrooms or harvest salad, entrees like slow-roasted prime rib, roasted turkey with all the trimmings, seared arctic char and mushroom conchiglie. For dessert It's your choice between torta Milano, dulce de leche apple tart or eggnog panna cotta. Their Christmas Day dinner is just as delicious sounding – an amuse-bouche of smoked salmon mousse and a mid-meal palate cleanser of green apple sorbet with mint oil, then a choice of appetizer (seafood saffron chowder, Teahouse stuffed mushrooms or harvest salad), entrée (slow-roasted prime rib, roasted turkey with all the fixings, seafood trio of seared arctic char, prawns and scallops or mushroom conchiglie) and your choice of dessert (torta Milano, dulce de leche apple tart or eggnog panna cotta).
