Your favourite new lunch spot just opened in Vancouver's Financial District.
Cotechino Breakfast Bowl & Duck Bao.For years, there has been something of a food desert in the heart of Vancouver’s Financial District, despite a consistently large weekday population of hungry people in search of a quick, delicious lunch. Which is why we are so excited that acclaimed chef Felix Zhou has joined forces with industry veterans Natasha Romero and Paul Zhang, to add another much-needed breakfast and lunch option to the area: Heritage Asian Eatery. The menu includes a mouthwatering variety of Far East inspired dishes, made from an array of locally sourced ingredients, and was carefully developed as a nod to Zhou’s roots in Mainland China, as well as his extensive background working in the Pacific Northwest. With a warm, industrial look curated by Lumin Concepts to reflect Zhou’s philosophy of “simple, fresh, and pure,” the 40-seat space is perfect whether you’re looking for a quick bite, or have time to linger with friends over an afternoon drink. We can’t wait to try the pork belly breakfast bowl and one of their duck baos washed down with a cold beer. The Heritage Team from left to right: Felix Zhou, Natasha Romero and Paul Zhang.
