These vibrant and airy bathrooms have a contemporary, spa-like feel.
The bathroom is more than just a pit stop; It's arguably the most important room in the house. It's where you start and end your day and can be a place of relaxation and solitude with the right colour palette and lighting.
Here are five stunning bathrooms that took things to the next level with their elegant textiles and breathtaking views.
This master bathroom got a refreshing makeover from Edmonton-based design studio, Kresswell Interiors. The Kresswell design team livened up this bath by installing vertical subway tile linings on the shower walls and a spectrum of grey and champagne-bronze Delta fixtures.
Kalu Interiors spruced up this master bath by raising its ceilings and adding square footage from the bedroom's walk-in closet. The designers gave the bath a spa-like feel by switching out a framed-in tub for a spacious soaker and installing glass shelving on the wall-to-wall Calacatta marble.
This Sturgess Architecture designed bath features mustard yellow diamond tiles and a spacious, open shower. The natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows provides warmth and brightness to this Okanagan home's bath.
Paul Lavoie modernized this master bath by designing it with a vivid, monochromatic palette. The bath's wet room is lined with pale-green ceramic tiles and features an elegant vanity and aqua-coloured ottoman.
Andrea Rodman gave this master ensuite bath a modern, Scandinavian-influenced redesign. The room features an Aquabrass Caicos bath that sits on an elevated platform, and towering windows that provides epic views of North Vancouver.
